Was reading thru my secondary school report book, and chanced across this poem...

When I said that yesterday was a horrible day, I was wrong... cause today was WORSE!! Way way WORSE!! Haven felt so bad for years already... the last time was during sec 3 end of year, when I thot I would get A1 for additional maths, but ended up getting an F9.... wad a shock!! So sad at that time... the teacher was quite shocked as well... cause I had been scoring consistantly for A maths... haiz... think was quite sad during sec 4 mid year exam as well... cause failed 5 subjects... and had 36 (yes its 36) for L1R5...

But today wasn't even close to that.... its WORSE!! I shld be like the lousiest in the whole cohort... having failed EVERY SINGLE SUBJECT!! Got to know my chemistry grades... fail... pretty unbelievable actually, cause I studied only 2 hrs last year and managed to score even higher than now... and this time round I definitely took more than 2 hrs... I took days!! Haiz... and heard from Mr Lim that my math was terribly attempted (Means I failed again)... Dun even need to ask for bio, cause never pass before... so dis time round I dun expect anything different... so... thats it... OFFF... must really buck up already... only a couple of months left... have to work really really hard now!!

Worst thing is... have been listening to "The Cruel Mother"* repeated for more than half an hour liao... a rough calculation would mean about 15 times... and its not really helping much in making me less unhappy... I think its making me feel worse... but I just dun have the mood to listen to smthin livelier.... even Riverdance can't help anymore...

*For those who dun noe wad cruel mother is, its about a tragic tale of children born out of wedlock and were killed by their mother to avoid bringing disgrace upon herself and her family.

I dun like to shake any part of my body, contrary to wad Soo Chin and Wee Keong think... hahah... but I noe Soo Chin can dance very well... cause she moves very musically whenever she plays her double bass... hahah!! And she lurrrrrrves Kitaro music!! Hahah... dunno why she likes it...

Well, the common tests are over... and now the harsh reality is finally setting in...

Got to know my Econs grades today... I failed... got a measry 39 marks upon hundred... it was quite a shock... cause I have never failed Econs before... and I was actually proud of myself for the fact that I could at least manage 1 subject... well... wad can I say? The results speak for itself... I officially suck at every thing... EVERY SINGLE THING!! In band, in studies, in PE... I cannot even memorise my tv schedule as well as before!! All I ever do is sleep. Wow, like its a talent !?!

And worse of all, Mr Wong actually wanted me to drop Econs!! That was pretty impactful... cause I never really thot of dropping Econs, since its my best subject... well not now obviously. Or it may... which brings me to the next topic... the rest of the subjects!! I am not really looking forward to it at this point in time for sure. Since, well after all, Econs is my best subject... I really shudder at the fact that I could score much worse for the rest of the subjects... so should I drop one subject?

Oh... and our class had a dialogue session with Mrs Cheng today... the topic was mostly on banding... actually I am pretty alright with banding... cause I am already so lousy in ALL my subjects... no matter how the admin arranges, I will still be put in the worst classes... like Atkins class, Classical Monetarists Class or Argand's daughter (the one with the very long name) class. Why not just place me in 'Gifted and Talented' Class? (Soo Chin shld understand this rite?)

Well... shall talk abt somethin light now... Wee Keong has a new English name now... Tom... as in the Tom in Tom Cruise, cause of somethin Mr Saravana said... well the name suits him well... hahah... but because of this, I am given a name as well, which I decline to comment on... so almost every1 in the clique has an English name now... Esther, Wee Keong (Tom), Soo Chin (****y), Wen Dtin (*i**a**e) and me... Shall give the rest of the clique members English names soon!!

Haven blogged an entry for such a long time already!! Cause of the March Common Test... haiz... it was terrible... I dun even think can pass one... had serious mental blocks for most papers... the rest of the papers is I plain dunno... hahah... so that leaves me with all Os and Fs then.... but its okie lah... cause...

Exams are finally over!! Wow... can't believe 3 days of absolute terror has passed by so quickly!! It's really wierd... cause I was like suffering all the way to 3, 4 am every single night and cramming all those stuff into my head during those misery 3 hr waits, and now I have placed it all the way at the back of my mind!! Like it had never happened before!! I guess I must be very good at forgetting bad times... so I think thats a good point of having Short Term Memory!!

Shall now talk abt the interesting things that happened after the common tests... on Wed, I took Soo Chin, Shufen, Joyce and Wee Keong to the Esplanade to watch Michael!! I was so thrilled!! Cause they never seen that show before and it was really nice of them to embrace new culture!! Well, we went to the 8 seater room, and watched the show... Wee Keong seemed very impressed at Michael... and thot he was really good!! Soo Chin still thinks he is a flirt... hahah... well... thats not impt... the most impt part was that Joyce really liked the show, esp Riverdance!! She was so enticed by the show!! Really glad that some1 enjoys it as much as I do... hope she becomes a fan of tap dancing after this!! Anyway, Soo Chin kept laughing at Maria when she came out lor... said she looked like a guy, as always, and said she very angry looking... hahahah... the whole room was filled with her laughter... I laughed also... cause its quite funny the way she described it... Joyce was really nice... said good things abt her... hahah.... just feel very happy that my 'culture' is starting to spread... well... good things are meant to be spread rite?

Well, yesterday was very fun too... went over to Shufen's place with Soo Chin in the morning!! Her place was very beautiful!! The condo was very nice!! Somewad like a palace... and her place was very nice as well... we watched Alegria and Varekai first... they seemed to like it... well not like, but not detest.... which was good... but they thot the clowns were really funny... and I think so too... hahah... glad at least they like something abt that show!! Well after that we watched The Princess Diaries!! They loved that show!! Budden we only watched half the show... cause have to go pray and den to the airport...

Well.... we met up with Wee Keong and Joyce and went over to Si ma lu to pray... pretty fun lah... had to huan sheng... but din really stay for long... went to the airport after that!! Soo Chin couldn't wait to go there.. cause her ambition is to be an air stewardess with **** airlines!! Hahah... anyway... we just sat down and talked.... all the way till 6 plus... pretty interesting... talked about every thing... from favourite vegetables to primary school stuff...

After that, I went to rent some shows... I must have been crazy.... cause I rented 4 DVDs and 2 VCDs.... cost me like 20 bucks... hahah... watched 3 yesterday night already... gg to watch the remaining 3 now... gtg!! Bye!! If got time den I put in more details... blogging is really tiring.... this entry took me 3 hrs already... very exhausting!!

Wow... For Love or Money was really interesting!! Hahah.. the female bachelorette was really very pretty... I sumhow felt that she really looked like Sandra Bullock... and I really like Sandra Bullock... well I think this show not bad lah... cause I think that that girl (Think her name was Aaron or Eron... hahah!!) looks way more refined than that Trista from the bachalorette... and she thinks more deeply also... hahah... pretty with brains... no wonder all the guys were smitten with her...

Compared to that Eron, the guys were like mindless brutes! Hahah... who wrestles in the middle of the night lor... if it were me, I would rather sleep den take part in that silly game... hahah... the whole place looked so comfy!! Just like a palace of some sort!!

Well... hope to catch the show again next week, since its the day after my common tests!! Can wait for the nect episode to start!!

Wah... wad a mugger day today!!

Woke up at 3 plus in the morning to mug... managed to finish my chapter 10 of Marcoeconomics and read till my Organic Halogen Compounds. I have to stress on the word read... cause I really only read thru... din memorise all the reactions. Haiz... I sure dead liao... sure fail common test... hahah... but I hardly feel stressed... must be due to the 4 years of training in Cat High... transformed me into a slacker!!

Well... managed to study till 6 plus... den went back to bed instead... theoratically not went back to bed lah.. cause I was in bed all along!! Hahah... den woke up at 8am and went to school. Reached there by 9am!! So early lor... cause supposed to meet Soo Chin dey all at 10... hahah... actually went stone table one... budden... when I approached the middle table, suddenly saw a really really big bee!! The same one on that Friday that I took bus with Shufen and company... hahahah.... almost bumped into the bee lor... lucky I got quick reflexes and managed to run away... den seeked refuge at the benches near the fountain...

Well... it was pretty condusive there... managed to finish like 12 pages of econs chapter 11... really quick!! Think studying in school is still the best ... at least managed to do some work...

Finally met up with Soo Chin and Shufen at 10am... den decided to move to the Oasis to study instead... to prevent any conflicts with that huge bee... shortly WK joined us too... den I was forced to call Mr Gwee out to meet us... dunno my phone spoil or not... he seemed to not hear me at all... maybe the loudspeaker function not working so well... den got hung up... waste my phone call!! (No offence!!) Den must call him again...

The review session with Mr Gwee was actually quite fruitful lah... learnt some important concepts... must stress on the learnt again... cause I really dunno what I was doing during those lectures... must have been talking again... hahah...

Well den it was time for Economics review session. Poor me had to do the dialling again... have to say that the review session was again very fruitful again!! Cause this time I am really listening!! Yeah... so learnt some important stuff again... quite fun lah... cause of the interesting conversation we had... den kept on hinting that Mr Wong treat us with the 10 bucks he had...

After that, it was finally lunch time!! Really looked forward to it... cause I was really famished!! Ordered a huge serving of cai fan... really cannot tahan... summore 1st one to fin... lucky lah... cause shortly Aloy came and said really corny and stupid stuff... lucky I eat finish liao... hahah!!

Well, we made it back to the Oasis by 1.30pm, cause had math review session... Soo Chin was very 'nice', helped me make the phone call to Mr James Lim... well.... but something unfortunate happened... he said he got meeting and could only make it after that... made some1 so sad lor... hahah... but at least he meeting us later lah... so not too bad...

So... I made use of this excellent opportunity to let Shufen and Soo Chin listen to the all-wonderful RIVERDANCE music!! (Too bad WK insisted he not listen... I bet he would have liked it) I could tell that they really enjoyed themselves... esp the african music part... Soo Chin seemed very engrossed in it... could fantasize abt herself being surrounded by tribal people!! And they could finally get the part where Michael comes out!! Remember, Michael does not come out in The Planets album hor!! He not inside at all... and Shufen could make out the part where Maria Pages come out... and her name is Maria hor... not Ma zi!!

Anyway, abt 1 hour plus later, Mr Lim finally called to tell us he almost ready liao... hahah... quite funny lah... cause we kept looking out for him, den kept on mistaking cleaners and other workers for him... den he finally came... can recognise him from far... cause of wad Shufen said abt him... this Shufen also quite bad lah... nv spare a thot of other people's feelings... hahah... well... I also made fun of Soo Chin... told her the Princess Diaries story... dunno whether that happened to Soo Chin or not... if got she must have really been very happy!!

Well, I din really listen to Mr Lim's review session, cause I haven studied math yet... sad to say... hahah... budden Shufen also nv listen... so we studied organic chemistry together... WK and SC kept on saying that I pro chem, but I not wad.... I just dun wan to fail again... I think SC is the pro chem person lor...hahah... but I think she really wants to do well lah... but SC also very pro math... did so much maths... really pei fu her... can do so much for her interest.

After the review session, Mr Lim was really kind and stayed back to talk abt our future. SC kept on saying I want to sell chicken rice... that one only a joke lah.. think she take everything too seriously... hahah... I really dun want to be chicken rice seller!! Anyway, think that Soo Chin really wants to be teacher... thats really good... at least she has an aim... not like me... well, Mr Lim gave me some ideas... told me to grow plants and look at other people's feet... wow... really great ideas!! (In a joking manner of course!!) Den he also talked abt his life in U and after that... abt the black tea box and stuff... think that he must be enjoying his life now... cause he is doing something that he really likes... hope I can do something I really like in future as well!! Well, Soo Chin seemed very inspired as well, cause Mr Lim and her shared a common interest -- Maths, which I really something I hope I can stay as far as possible in future. I really cannot imagine myself calculating which is the shortest way for a ship to move its cargo etc... hahah...

Well after that I went to J8 with Cheng Jong... for the 1st time, he was like actually earlier than me!! But we din really talk much lah.. .cause both of us all pretty tired... so just stoned around lor... and I finally got my Math TYS after such a long time!! Shall go do later...

Well... thats it for now... shall go watch FOR LOVE OR MONEY on Channel I now.. seemed really interesting on commericials... auf wiedersehen!!

Hahah, went to the airport to study today!! Went with Soo Chin, Shufen and Royston... supposed to meet at 9.30am in the morning... and I managed to reach there by 9.10am!! So surprising lor... cause I seldom early one... still remember the day before on Sunday, supposed to meet Tzyy Yih and Cheng Jong at 2.00pm at City Hall, but I just left home at 2.10pm!! Hahah... but serve him rite lah.... who ask him pang seh me 5 times in 2 weeks.

Well anyway, back to the story... Soo Chin and Shufen were early as well, and we managed to meet by 9.15am liddat... budden that Royston ah... haiz... 9.10am just msged me that he just woke up... cause alarm clock din switch on... so we decided to go study 1st... hahah... took dey all the long way to the viewing gallery... but still reached in the end lah...

Actually before going, I already knew that we wun be able to study much... based on past experiences... so I din really have high hopes when I was there... budden Soo Chin said that she din believe and would really study there.... at the beginning was okie, cause got not much distraction , except 1 couple who kept making out beside us... so Shufen decided to stare at them so that they would feel embarrassed and leave.... but they din get it so end up we left... cause too hungry lah... so went BK to eat...

But this time Shufen cleverer... took the short cut to BK... hahah... like 1/3 the distance that we took just now... well... Royston finally arrived like almost 2 hrs later... den we ate together... Soo Chin quite 'pissed' with Royston... cause his BK meal is cheaper than Soo Chin's by 10 cents and he got more servettes... so Soo Chin kept on saying he seduce the counter girl...

Well... after Royston came, we din really study liao... cause he kept on distracting us... den we just sat around and talk while studying... Royston very bad lor... anyhow send msg using my phone to Mr Gwee... luckily never write anything too bad... just a bit corny lah... den managed to let Soo Chin and Shufen listen to the all time fav Planets album... dey kept on laughing at me...say Michael will come out soon... budden this one not even his album lor!! Hahah... summore Shufen keep on saying that me and sum1 else very pei... yah rite!! Dun make me puke hor!!

Thruout the whole day we basically just walked around the airport... pretty funny lah... cause we always 'shop' around one... in school also... every time got free break will go visit the bookshop auntie and the photocopy shop lady... today also no diff... den kept on looking at the airplanes also... always laughed whenever we saw Thai Airways...

Well... finally got tired... so after dinner at the staff canteen, we took bus 858 to Yishun... actually wan to take 27 one... budden too many ppl... den got some free time... so took with Shufen and Soo Chin lor... hahah... on the way we kept on teasing Shufen ... she was so angry lor... say I kept on flirting with her...

After we reached Yishun, decided to meet their frens also.. den more 'flirting'... Shufen was so pissed off!! Think she got quite angry... so had to apologise to her.... but who ask her always say me and sum1 else together...

Well... got to stop now... muz watch the last 10 mins of America's Next Top Model... hahah... got time den update more!!

Went over to the NUS Open House today... almost could not make it... cause Mr Ho din want to release us early to go... luckily Shuhui managed to talk him round and let us off...

This was my first time to NUS for a tour... been there once before, but only to the university cultural centre... so this time was really an eyeopener to me... well, the university is really huge!! 150 hectres to be exact... luckily for the signboards... if not its really hard to navigate around!!

The visit din really start well... cause the MPSH was really hard to find and we had to queue up for a really long time to get in... and the admission talk wasn't really helpful either... cause the information given was really superficial... and totally different from wad I had expected it to be... following that... we went to the exhibition area... which was really crowded and lacked order... we basically just walked about aimlessly... the people there wasn't really approachable either... so we din talk to any1 there...

But the fun really started after the exhibition... we went to queue up for a tour... and took a bus to the Law faculty... the tour guides were really helpful and took us all around to look at the facilities... I was really wowed over by the Moot Court... which was basically a remake of the court... felt really important when I first got in... I really think I shld consider studying law... really seemed very fun... the library was really cool as well... so many periodicals and books!! I think there were like 151 thousand periodicals, according to the guides (The triple Js they called themselves: Jason, Joan and another J dunno wad!!)... only bad thing was that it was really really really quiet... so quiet I could hear my tinnitus!! So I may have to consider... cause I think I have to spend a large period of time in there if I want to take up law...

Really wanted to visit the Business School... which was just next door... budden Rhoda had to leave so we went to the Medical faculty first... it was totally unlike the tour of the law faculty... cause there were no guides to bring us around and there were no where we could explore... den there was only 1 guy there that kept on asking us to ask questions... so I just ask lor... asked whether got toilet or not... hahah... a bit lame lah... budden really had a full bladder...

After we went back to the SRC, realised that the tour to the business school had ended.. so sad... really regretted going for the Med tour... shld have just went for the business tour... haiz... must wait until next year liao... den wanted to go for the law talk... budden the rest din want to go.. so had to leave... den wanted to go for the UCC performance... budden they were really tired so no choice lah.... followed them back lor...

Hope next year got chance to visit NUS again!!

Wow!! My blog has been viewed 200 times already!! Hahah... its fake again... was trying to put up the stupid tag board... den being illiterate abt html coding, I spent like 1 hr trying to put up and refreshed my site for MILLIONS of times before getting it rite... so yah... I guess I viewed like 100 over times out of the 200 times... hahah... but still got people come and see rite? Like Wee Keong, Shufen and Soo Chin hor? ;)

Hahah... dun be mistaken abt the time I put up this blog... its true... its 5 plus in the morning now... yeah... cause slept too early last night (abt 7 plus) so woke up at 3 plus to try and complete my work... but now slacking here in front of the com again... really glad that today is Friday... so later at least can slack a bit in school...

Well, really have to apologise to WK, SF and SC... cause yesterday had to make them wait for me to photocopy the plant histology notes... maybe less to WK, cause he said that I want to pao the photocopy shop lady!! Hahah... just joking lah... On yah... and special thank goes to HX, cause she was the one who lent me the notes... and the photocopy shop lady as well... who took time to photocopy the notes even thou it was like closing time already!!

Well, took the bus with them after that... went all the way to Woodlands, den took MRT to YCK station den took bus home... hahah... cause quite slack yesterday... had a good laugh on the bus... cause SC insisted to move to the back, where there is supposedly more space... den end up had to stand beside... uh-hum... den the other side one guy kept on dozing off and almost lying on her... hahah!! Think that she really enjoyed that ride!!

Okie.. have to continue with my work already!! Roughly 30 more mins before leaving for school!! Hope I will have a nice day ahead of me today!!

Well... today was really fun!! Hahah.... changed into my secondary uniform today... attracted quite a bit of attention with my short pants!! PE was really fun... cause it was games today!! Really very heng... cause tot today was 10 rounds... imagine the relief when I saw the games apparatus!! Hahah... played frisbee with Lin Yi, Xia2 dey all... really enjoyed myself... cause I dunno why, happened to be quite skilled at it... maybe cause I 'beach hunk' lah... so beach games can play very well.

Den after school went to study with Joyce, Shufen and Soo Chin... talked quite a bit.. think Joyce a bit angry... feel quite bad... must try not to anger her next time... Shufen, on the other hand, was very helpful... cause she really helped a lot with my math assignment... must really thank her... and muz say that she teaches maths really well!! Next time must ask her to help me with maths!!

Den took the bus with Shufen and Soo Chin.... really fun... always enjoy taking bus with them... cause got a lot of things to talk about... but too bad they seldom take my route... den went over to AJ to take notes from Peigan.. hahah... I really think that Andersonians are all alike... cause can find many similar qualities b/n HX, Wen din, Est and Pei gan... hahah... den met an old classmate... think she din recognise me... haiz... I think Peigan is like the only fren from my 1st 3 mths that I keep in contact with... the rest must have really hated me...

Anyway, talking to Shufen now... just now stupid Tzyy Yih go and tell Soo Chin over MSN that I like her.... he always liddat one... always make up things to say... last time say I like Hx, now say I like Soo Chin... aiyoh... make me lose face only... but nvm lah... dey noe not true can liao... I think all Cat High ppl all liddat one... cause I always do that to his frens as well!! Hahah.. well got to stop now... got hw haven accomplished...

Was doing some revision, den suddenly tot of something that happened on Friday... Soo Chin and a few of us wanted to speak to Mr Gwee abt the University admission thing but she got something on after sch so asked me go book a timeslot with Mr Gwee... being the lazy me as usual, I decided to sms him instead of using the intercom to meet him...

After Soo Chin came back, we (with Shufen and Royston) decided to take 852 together... cause haven talked so much for such a long time.. . so decided to chat summore on the bus... but when i checked my phone, realised that Mr Gwee had called me twice... and I din call back... feel really bad... hope he understands...

Anyway, really enjoyed the conversation with dey all so much that I took the bus all the way to Yishun... almost took the train with them back to Woodlands... hahah... hope can chat liddat again soon!!

Finally updated my blog after 1 week!! Wad a hectic week... agaiN!! But this week's better, cause I am actually showing signs of catching up with my work after so long!! Really glad that I am following better, cause this year is so important to me.

Well, yesterday was the release of the a level examination results... I was pretty excited cause more than half of my class were to know their Chinese results. It turned out pretty good, with 80% scoring distinctions. So happy for them!!

I also checked out some of my seniors who received their results... wah so many As and Bs... so good.... but also heard of people who got Cs, Ds and Es (and worse). It suddenly dawned onto me that I could actually be one of them next year!! Cause I am really weak in my studies... hope I can buck up now and improve on my grades!!

Well, Bio lesson was pretty fun yesterday... cause we were allowed to eat in class... so ppl were passing stuff around to eat... den something happened.... Soo Chin was bitten by a mosquito!! Not a normal one, but a really HUGE one with alternating stripes... we were both pretty scared.. cause we tot it was an Aedes mosquito... Soo Chin even kept the corpse of the mosquito so can examine further next time... I sure hope she is fine... sounds familiar?

Well, after lesson, I stayed in school for a while with Royston and Shufen... hahah... had a good laugh with them!! Royston kept on gossiping about me with Shufen and kept on telling her how good my 'ren yuan' was in Cat High... have to say that Royston is really very creative... dunno how he managed to exaggerate some small incidents into really huge matters, and how he can invent things that never happpened to seem like real, like the locker, toilet and esplanade incidents!! Aiyoh... he always trying to ruin my reputation one... kept on embarrassing me in front of ppl... later ppl really think it's real den I die...

Hahah... luckily Royston also made fun of Shufen... keep on calling her an aspiring flyer... so funny lor!! But I can really imagine her flying in the air doing all those stunts... hahah...very good!!
